VPN SERVICE PRIVACY AND ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Antidetect Cloud - VPN Policy

Article 1. Scope of this policy:

This VPN Policy applies to VPN features provided by Antidetect Cloud., Ltd through its websites, desktop software, mobile applications, browser tools, Android tools, and related services. It explains how VPN traffic is handled, what information may be processed to operate the VPN service, and what users must not do when using the service.

Article 2. Who provides and manages the VPN service:

Article 3. Purpose of the VPN service:

The VPN service is provided to help users create an encrypted network tunnel, protect traffic on untrusted networks, reduce accidental IP address exposure, and support legitimate privacy, security, testing, account management, and remote access workflows.

  • The VPN service is not designed or advertised for illegal access, fraud, abuse, harassment, spam, credential theft, copyright infringement, or attempts to bypass laws or platform rules.
  • Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, app store rules, website terms, and service provider policies when using the VPN service.

Article 4. VPN data we do not collect:

Antidetect Cloud., Ltd does not sell VPN traffic data and does not use VPN traffic content for advertising. We do not intentionally collect, store, or disclose the following VPN activity data:

  • Websites visited, pages viewed, search queries, or application content transmitted through the VPN tunnel.
  • DNS queries, message contents, files, form contents, passwords, payment card numbers, or private communications carried inside the VPN tunnel.
  • A permanent activity log linking a user account to a complete browsing history or content history.

Article 5. VPN data needed to operate the service:

To provide, secure, troubleshoot, and bill the VPN service, Antidetect Cloud., Ltd may process limited operational information:

  • Account information such as user ID, email address, subscription status, license status, and support requests.
  • Device and application information such as app version, operating system, device type, language, error reports, and crash reports.
  • Connection information such as selected VPN region, server identifier, connection status, approximate connection time, bandwidth counters, and authentication events.
  • Network information such as the source IP address and assigned VPN IP address when technically necessary to create and maintain a VPN session.

Operational information is used only for service delivery, abuse prevention, security, diagnostics, customer support, accounting, legal compliance, and product improvement.

Article 6. Retention of VPN operational data:

Transient VPN routing data is processed only as needed to maintain an active connection. Account, billing, license, support, security, and diagnostic records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or accounting obligations.

Article 7. VPN permissions and network routing:

On mobile platforms, the application may request VPN configuration permissions, local network permissions, notification permissions, or similar system permissions required by the operating system. These permissions are used to create and manage the VPN connection, show connection status, protect traffic, and provide user-requested service functions.

  • The VPN service routes network traffic only when the user enables or configures the VPN feature.
  • The application may display system VPN indicators according to the operating system and app store requirements.
  • Users can disconnect, disable, or remove the VPN configuration through the application or operating system settings.

Article 8. Third-party service providers:

Antidetect Cloud., Ltd may use infrastructure providers, payment processors, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, email providers, and customer support tools to operate the service. These providers may process limited information only as necessary to provide services to Antidetect Cloud., Ltd and are not authorized to use VPN traffic content for their own advertising purposes.

Article 9. User obligations and prohibited use:

Users must use the VPN service lawfully and responsibly. The following uses are prohibited:

  • Attacks, scans, spam, malware distribution, phishing, credential theft, fraud, impersonation, or unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
  • Harassment, exploitation, illegal content distribution, copyright infringement, or activities that violate applicable law.
  • Attempts to disrupt, overload, resell, reverse engineer, or abuse the VPN service or related infrastructure.
  • Using the service in a way that violates app store policies, website terms, platform rules, or third-party rights.

Antidetect Cloud., Ltd may suspend, limit, or terminate access when it reasonably believes the service is being misused, abused, or used in violation of this policy.

Article 10. Security and confidentiality:

Antidetect Cloud., Ltd applies administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect user information and VPN service systems. No network service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, and accidental disclosure.

Article 11. Children and restricted users:

The VPN service is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law or app store rules. Users who are not legally permitted to use the service must not create an account or use the VPN service.

Article 12. Legal requests and safety:

Antidetect Cloud., Ltd may disclose information when required by valid legal process, to protect the rights and safety of users or the public, to enforce this policy, or to prevent abuse of the service. We do not disclose VPN traffic content unless legally required and technically available.

Article 13. Relationship with other policies:

This VPN Policy supplements the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Sales Policy, Support Policy, and other public policies of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd. If there is a conflict between this VPN Policy and a general policy for VPN-specific matters, this VPN Policy controls for the VPN service.

Article 14. Updates and contact:
