Antidetect Cloud - Agent Policy

Article 1. Entity of information collection:

Entity to be collected information include users of computers, phones, tablets... accessing and using services and products of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd on cyberspace and other users. People visit (check-in) at the headquarters and offices of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "users")

- People who are allowed to buy software, request to exchange or return products and services, use computers, phones, tablets... to access, shop, and use the Company services and products of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd with paid fees (products, digital content services) or buy computers, phones, electronic components... (non-digital products and services) at stores Official store of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "customer").

- Antidetect Cloud., Ltd is the owner and author of the products and services that are sold on Antidetect Cloud., Ltd online systems (website, mobile applications) and at the offices and headquarters of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd.

- Only the staffs and officers of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd who have been trained and licensed to sell, support and warrant products and services, by Antidetect Cloud., Ltd and the salesman of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd are the ones who are Antidetect Cloud., Ltd allowed to sell and support products and services. In addition, no one is allowed to illegally resell Antidetect Cloud., Ltd products and services.

- Contents of products and services provided by Antidetect Cloud., Ltd include:

+ Digital product and service: A non-existent thing, designed by computer command lines, programming languages, expressed mainly in computer software, websites, and applications mobile and other digital solutions.

+ Products and services other than digital content: Including existing objects (such as computers, phones, electronic components...) and other services in the business field.

- Declaration of exclusive ownership and prohibited copying in any form to the website system antidetect.cloud and other extension domain names with prefix Antidetect Cloud owned by Antidetect Cloud., Ltd.

Article 4. The terms and policies of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd:

- Pursuant to the Terms of Use about products and services of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd.

- Pursuant to the Policy of Privacy and Secure user information of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd.

- Pursuant to the Sales and Return of products, services of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd.

- Pursuant to the Policy of Support of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd.

- Pursuant to the Policy of Agent and Affiliate of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd.

Article 5. Principles of buying, selling, exchange, return and refund about products and services:

- Strictly implement the provisions of law stated in the grounds section and other provisions of the law.

- Strictly implement the provisions of terms and policies of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd.

- No refund (pay) for digital content products and services (digital product, digital service) since the information on using the product or service (product copyright activation code, source code, translation) services...) are sent to customers via email, customer accounts on the website, via Facebook, Telegram... or directly.

- Allowing to change (change) to products and services of equivalent or higher price (additional money) for digital content products and services (one time only).

- It is allowed to change to products and services of equal or higher price (extra money) for products and services other than digital content within the first 07 days from the time of purchase of products or services.

Article 6. Agents benefit and allowed behavior:

For agents who have complied with Antidetect Cloud., Ltd policies and terms as well as other agreements in the contract, Antidetect Cloud., Ltd ensures the maximum benefits for agents including:

- Priority discount, priority service for new products of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd.

- InAntidetect Cloudd to participate in customer appreciation meeting and big events of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd.

- Be supported enthusiastically, maximum according to the policy, especially organizing exchange groups, looking for opportunities for business cooperation and economic development.

- Support to use paid products and services without any cost during office hours (from 08:00am to 11:30am and 01:30pm to 5:00pm. UTC+07:00). Outside of this time, Antidetect Cloud., Ltd does not charge support fees.

- Protect personal information, business secrets and support network security solutions.

- Complaints about any behavior affecting customers from Antidetect Cloud., Ltd staff and Antidetect Cloud., Ltd is committed to thoroughly resolving the complaint immediately.

- Participate in gathering opinions to intervene, adjust, change policies, terms, business orientation, development direction and some other issues of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd.

- Earn legitimate and valid benefits from Antidetect Cloud., Ltd every month by introducing customers to buy and use products and services through Antidetect Cloud., Ltd system.

- The level of earning benefits mentioned above will be notified when registering as agent on Antidetect Cloud., Ltd system and will be considered for upgrading the limit when appropriate targets are met.

Article 7. Obligations of agents, prohibited acts:

- Strictly comply with and do not break the policies, terms and other agreements in the contract signed with Antidetect Cloud., Ltd to become an agent.

- Strictly comply with the provisions of the laws. It is strictly forbidden to take advantage of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd products, services, and images to violate the law, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other individuals/organizations.

- Do not have any "suspicious" behavior (judged by the world leading security mechanisms such as Cloudflare, Google ReCaptcha Enterprise, CSF, Unix Security...) to infringe on property, honor, rights and other legitimate interests of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd in cyberspace as well as in real life.

- You are take responsible yourself for the security of personal information if you use easy-to-remember, easy-to-disclose passwords or do not use copyrighted reputable anti-virus software.

- It is not allowed to engage in false advertising, excessive advertising compared to the actual quality of products or services, or acts of transaction fraud and business fraud to make illegal profits from Antidetect Cloud., Ltd or customers of Antidetect Cloud., Ltd or other organizations and individuals.

- Do not use malicious or unofficial links to spam or commit acts that violate regulations.

- Take main legal responsibility for customers introduced and managed by agents. Responsible for guiding and supporting customers and compensating for damages if the cause of error arises from agents or customers are allowed to get refund.

- Fulfill obligations to declare business activities and pay taxes to the Government.

- Antidetect Cloud., Ltd has the full right to denounce and complain to the Competent Authorities for intentional violations; at the same time have the right to exempt liability, unilaterally terminate the use of products and services and refuse to provide warranty, support for serious violations.
